The Body Shop Moringa Body Mist- Love!

in Fragrance, Makeup, Others on 16/07/13

I never had the heart of trying any bath care range from TBS because I always found them not so affordable. But when I sniffed this range at the store, I was literally blown away by the heavenly scent!
I have reviewed The Body Shop Moringa Shower Gel HERE. I bought this body mist along with it.
The only glitch I had while buying this body mist was that it’s made of glass, which means not travel friendly. But since the scent was Oh-So-good!, I brought it!

As you can see, it’s a simple glass bottle with moringa flower on it. The scent which smells of “gajras” and “jasmine” is very subtle. In fact, so subtle that it vanishes within an hour! I so wish that the scent was just a little strong because even after minutes, I literally have to sniff my arm to get hints of scent. Even in air-conditioned environment, it doesn’t last long!
I carry this in my bag and sometimes I have dropped my bag a little on the floor, but this bottle is still safe. The body mist is quite expensive. Hadn’t it been for the beautiful scent, I don’t think I would have purchased it.

I have never tried a body mist before, so don’t have so much to compare.
All I can say is, if you can overlook the longevity part and literally love the scent  (like me!), go ahead and buy it. This is a very unusual scent. I also use it as a room freshener. In future, I’m not buying any body mist again because the staying power is too bad.
I keep spraying this every now and then. If not myself, then, in my room.. I so Love it!
Price: Rs. 745

Agreed, Heena. I recently bought the body shop shea butter mist and reviewed it on my blog. I bought it solely for the awesome scent. It's lasting power is so bad.

Nice review Heena 🙂 I have one body mist from VS and it lasts for abt 2-3 hours. I like the scent but I cant keep reapplying throughout the day. I have dropped the idea of spending this much money on body mists. I buy deo instead. trust me, they last long 🙂

Good review Heena! I have tried body mists from bath and body works and VS, never attempted TBS ones. I think I will start with this one.
I never imagined moringa flower would smell like gajras and jasmine!!

I agree with you..I bought this during the fall months.. It just didn't last! And mind you, most TBS or VS body mists don't even last & it's absolutely frustrating to spens so much when one could easily add a 100/- more bucks for a M.A.C lippie 😛 (The same does not apply for BBW body mists. They are the real deal)
Had it not been for its lovely scent I'd've gladly skipped it too.

Lucky You Should I say? 😛

I brought this solely for the b'ful scent.. Otherwise, the price is too much for the bad staying power!

    Hehe! 😛

I Don't Really Like MAC Lippies.. Their Plain Packaging for 1000 bucks is Quite a Put Off!

BBW Body Mists? Full Form Please? 😛
