If you have been reading my blog from the start, I’m sure you would have noticed the “personal touch” missing from many of my blog posts now. Previously, I used to blabber in my posts too and not just talk about the product in it. But since the last year or so, managing a blog with a full time job has become even difficult. I’m not sure if “managing” is the right word because it’s not a burden or a forced kind of thing for me. I freaking love writing, clicking pictures of beauty products and sharing my thoughts on them with you all. I LOVE IT!
However, I need a lot of time to sit down and gather my thoughts on what small things from my life I want to write and talk about with you. And I lack that currently as the other blogging tasks too consume a lot of my energy. That’s why I keep posting tid bits from my life via Instagram images and stories as and when I can. I love chatting whenever I get any response on my Instagram story. To inject that “personal touch” again, I’m thinking of doing this kind of post on a weekly basis. Given the introvert person I am, I’m much more comfortable interacting on social media than in real life. Because that means I can disconnect anytime I want to without burdening myself and not because I’m shy. I feel exhausted for days if I have to be a part of a social gathering for more than 20 minutes (MAX!). That doesn’t mean I hate outings. I hang out with my close friends and family- but not just for the sake of it.
