When Maybelline color sensational creamy matte lip color range was launched outside India, the only shade I was dying to try was “Clay Crush”. So, when I found out it wasn’t launched in India, I was a bit crushed. Not as crushed when I learned that my crush was married but yes, crushed nonetheless! Having read such rave reviews about this range, I was clueless on what shade to go with. After a lot of brainstorming (inky minky moo), I settled on “All fired up”. As soon as I applied this color on my lips, I was on fire!

My experience with Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lip Color “All Fired Up”:
Packaging: The classic Maybelline packaging! Silver body only this time with a different color cap in matte finish. The shade name is mentioned at the bottom of the lipstick.
Texture: For a lipstick with a matte finish, the texture is creamy. It goes on without dragging. You need not worry about bleeding or smudging with it. Because of the creamy texture, it feels comfortable on lips for the initial time period. But after some hours have gone by, you can realize your lips are yearning for moisture as you start to lick them. Haha!
As with any matte lip color, this one also emphasizes lip lines.
Shade: Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lip Color “All Fired Up” is a super bright warm pinky-red!
Pigmentation: It has a close to full coverage.
Staying power: Even though you will find pink kisses on your coffee mug as it transfers, it’s still long-wearing. You can easily skip the liner and blotting part with it. Even after having a full meal, I had a lot of color left on my lips. Since it stains, the fading wasn’t very prominent. Also, it’s easy to touch-up and doesn’t get flaky.
