L’oreal Moist Matte Lipstick “Flaming Kiss” : A5 Star Product!

in Lips, Lipstick, Reviews on 04/01/15

Let me just start by saying that you’re totally worth this lipstick! Anyone who wants a non-fussy and low maintenance lipstick should definitely try it! I also brought “Glamour fuchsia” shade which I’ll review later.

Product description:
A lipstick that delivers intense moisture while providing a velvet matte finish. Colour Riche Moisture Matte’s unique formula contains jojoba oil for unrivaled moisture and comfort along with matte gel technology to create an intense matte look.

My experience with it:
L’oreal moist matte lipstick comes in a gorgeous gold packaging with a colored button. The cap opens and shuts down easily every time. The shade name is mentioned at the bottom of the lipstick. I love the bullet. It’s designed in a way that it lays on the lips easily, making application a breeze.
The texture of the lipstick is exactly as mentioned in its name. It’s a soft matte that glides on lips like butter. Seriously! You do not need to tug at all! It feels so light weight! I draw the outline on my lips using the edges of its bullet. I did not apply any lip balm prior to it and its performance was exemplary! Neither did it emphasize any lip lines nor did it cling to any dry bits. It stays for more than 4 hours with minimal fading. Even with light snacks and drinks in between, it does not transfer easily. It leaves a light stain behind which gets easily removed using a makeup remover. The formula is very comfortable to wear for a matte lipstick. The finish isn’t flat matte but more of a satin finish. However, after some minutes, it settles down to a matte finish.
“Flaming kiss” is a reddish orange shade and seems a universal flattering shade. I like to blot it and wear. In my picture, it looks more orange based due to lighting difference but in real, it’s more of what it looks in my lip swatch.

Price:Rs.899
Quantity:4.2gm
VCB Rating: 5/5
You must try at least one shade in this range! You know, how I’m always against the pricing of products these days but the formula of this lipstick has just floored me! But yes, still, pricy! v_v
