*In Shopping mall*
I was visiting a mall after 25 days. Yes! That’s what a job does to you! Oh Yea! I’m a Post Grad now π
Coming back, I was going through a clothes rack, with a hand full of clothes. Although I was able to lay my hands on some good clothes, I just could not feel the thrill. At that very moment, I saw a beautiful top and started walking ahead to check it out. In that very moment, I turned my neck 45 degree left with my mouth little open and eyes sparkling. It was this beautiful pink bow pouch and the most unusual thing was the shape of the bow.
This was placed on the “za counter”. I walked towards it. The sales man asked me if I wanted to try any product. I looked at him but did not know what to say. I wanted the pouch but I didn’t want to buy anything. I ran my brain and clapped.Β
Thankfully, the voice was low so the only person in whose eyes I came off as a little mad was the “sales man”.

I had come with my sister for shopping and remembered she wanted to try some new skincare products. I called her up since she was on another floor and asked her to get here. I convinced her and whispered to her that I also wanted that bow pouch desperately. She knows my obsession with bows and was like > Yeh na ho ki yeh samaan bekaar ho? Duh! I told her that it had positive reviews all over the web.
Sales man: This day cream would help you in getting a lot of hydration.. Your skin will look radiant after a month’s usage..
*I interrupt*
Me: So, how much purchase is needed to get this bow pouch?
*The sales man kept laughing for around 10 seconds. Bravo!*
Sales man: Mam, you get it on purchase of Rs.1500 but if you buy just these two products (worth Rs.1050), I will give it to you.
Me: Yes! We will take these! Thankooooo so much!!
And, that’s when I could feel the thrill and it lasted for the entire shopping period.
Just adore its beauty now. There’s also a bow handbag for purchase of Rs.2500. And, I do regret a bit for not getting that. Or maybe not. Honestly, I am not sure. Maybe, if destiny has it, it will wait for me when my salary arrives!

This sits pretty on my bedside table now. I have this habit of placing the new cute things there and then, when I walk in or out, turn my head left and right (intentionally!), I am able to see it. I will watch it, I’ll think of its sister bow handbag, I’ll smile at it, I’ll stare at it.. till I fall to sleep.
Ooh.. Shopping haul coming ahead! ^_^
