I have never been into brown eye pencils. I somehow never liked their effect on my eyes. But since so many girls rave about brown eye pencils, I thought of giving this shade a try again and so, I picked up this eye pencil from Bourjis recently.
– The shade is shimmery brown eyeliner with golden and copper flicks.
– The texture is very creamy and glides smoothly on my eye lids without any tugging/pulling.
– The pigmentation is good, but not superb. I have to swipe it 2-3 times to get a better intensity on my eye lids.
– It stays on my oily eye lids for more than 7 hours but with a little fading.
– It doesn’t smudges at all, even after some 8 hours. Though if you rub your eyes, it may smudge a little.
– It gets removed easily without the shimmer having to travel across my face.
– It’s Ophthalmologically tested.
– It’s easy to identify the shade because of the pencil being of the same shade.
– It’s expensive.
You may find it unsuitable for everyday work but the effect is really soft on the eyes since the shimmers are not chunky and evenly distributed.
I liked this eyeliner a lot but I still don’t like its effect on my eyes. Needless, to say.. I’m done with brown eye pencils.

I have tried Brun Mordare! Similar color but not so good with staying power.
