I am yet to fall in the temptation of trying out DD and EE creams but affordable BB creams always manage to lure me! I spotted Spawake Moisture Fresh BB Cream at a store and instantly picked it up. I have been using it since a month and now is the perfect time to pen down my thoughts on it.

My experience with Spawake Moisture Fresh BB Cream:
Spawake BB cream comes in a cardboard packaging with all details like ingredients, price, description and how to use mentioned on it.
The BB cream is available in two size variants and I bought the smaller one to try out. It is a sleek tube with a screw on cap. It makes for a very travel-friendly option.
The texture of this BB cream is exactly similar to that of Garnier BB Cream. It’s thin and emollient. Just not as emollient as Garnier BB Cream. Given the moisturizing texture, I can’t afford to use it on my oily skin when summers come. It will evaporate within minutes and my slick face will be a bigger mess. Not a good BB cream for oily skin types. But I have to say that I enjoyed wearing it with a thin veil of powder in the cool weather. It is an affordable BB cream for dry skin in India.
It blends in easily with a few pats and provides a sheer coverage. Although you have to ensure that you don’t wear it on dry patches as it will cling to them. It lends a subtle glow to the skin because of its dewy finish. I have blemishes on my acne skin and it offers a presentable looking face. The skin does remains hydrated as long as this product is on. I bought the second shade for my mom who has a dry skin and she finds this bb cream a blessing! No kidding! She hardly uses words like these and isn’t even big on makeup.

In short, Spawake Moisture Fresh BB Cream is one of the best BB creams for dry skin, even combination skin in winters. Unfortunately, the brand has no shade to offer for people with a deep skin tone.

The difference is in the shades. The shade you see here is ’01, perfect glow’ which works fine for my my fair skin tone. The shade ’02, natural glow’ goes deeper.
