My experience with Avon ultra color lipstick “Wild Ginger”:
Getting Avon stuff is a task in itself for me! I might just get an Avon membership for myself soon to try out more Avon products. Previously, I have posted my experience with Avon ultra color lipstick in “Ripe Papaya” shade HERE.
Since I liked it a lot, I got another shade. “Wild ginger” is a light reddish orange shade with shimmers. The texture is smooth and moisturizing. It has sheer-medium coverage, not making itself ideal for someone with pigmented lips. It won’t cover dark lips fully. It stays for around some 2 hours, after which a touch up is required. I’m not much into this shade, especially because the shimmer is left on my lips when the colour wears off.
Regarding the packaging, it’s simple but classy, with Avon engraved on the tube itself. The transparent top makes it easy to identify the shade without opening the lipstick.
The vibrant color claim may be false, but the nourishing formula claim isn’t. If you don’t mind the medium coverage and want a hydrating lipstick, you may try these out. These are available on discount every now and then!
