When I reviewed MUA Lipstick Shade, I thought this would be no different and would be equally (if not, more) good in quality. But I was wrong!
To start with the shade, it’s a very “in-your-face” shade. The shade leans on neon side. Although the shade suits me, but I’ll have to work a lot to wear this because the face should be spotless when wearing this shade! This shade is best suited for paler and cooler skin tones. Only very fair warm skinned tone Asian beauties can carry off this shade. You see, a very high maintenance shade!
Then, the texture is also a little dry. The application is quite uneven. It transfers easily. It settles into lip lines easily and emphasizes dry lips. The lip swatch you see, is after I applied the lipstick after exfoliating my lips. But as you can see, the finish is still uneven.
The packaging is good and sturdy. There’s lipstick at beneath the little pot too, which can be unscrewed easily and taken out.
*I Literally Had a Mini Attack When The Lipstick Fell On My Bag. Thankfully, It Wiped Out! Phew!*
Thankfully, since it’s for 1 Pound, it didn’t hurt me so bad!
