Unmentioned “Bath and Body” Products on My Blog

in Face mask, Fragrance, Makeup, Others, Skincare on 20/12/13

I thought of doing a collective post of all the unmentioned products which I have used in this year, before this year ends and I throw the empty bottles out! Oh! How much I hate throwing bottles in the dustbin.. It’s upsetting! I’m starting with bath products first:
Sara Professional Oxy De Tan Specific Treatment: It’s basically a thin cream that dries off to a clay mask consistency and gives a very nice cooling effect on my oily acne skin. I also apply it on other exposed parts of my body. It does reduces tan, not sure how much effectively! I still need to use it for more long. I would be posting a full review on this next year. This is like a face pack, not sure why I included it here.. But okie! It’s supposed to be used not more than twice a week. And, it also helped in curing my pimples. Cost: Around Rs.1000 for 400 gm
Axe Dark Temptation Cologne Talc: I quite like this talc! It’s not overly strong, I like the scent. Cost: Rs.50

Palmolive Aroma Absolute Relax Shower Gel: It contains “Ylang Ylang essential oil” and “Iris extract”. I am okay with the fragrance. It’s not mild but it is subtle. It doesn’t lathers much and so, I end up using more. This is not something I did repurchase. My body skin has started to get dry and this only leaves my skin drier. But I really love Palmolive shower gels for such a good variety they have to offer! Cost: Rs.135 for 250 ml
Johnsons Baby Oil :I picked this up since I wanted a non-scented, moisturizing oil so that it doesn’t interferes with my perfume and so, I picked this up. I’m glad its fragrance is really mild and it moisturizes my dry skin nicely, without any heavy feeling afterwards. Cost: Rs.90 for 100ml
Fiama Shower Gel: It contains bearberry and blackcurrant extracts. I have emptied more than 3 bottles of this shower gel. The fragrance is a little strong but really relaxing for my senses. I love the comforting fragrance and also the fact it stays put for some hours even after the bath. Cost: Rs.135 for 250ml
Aaranyaa Exfoliating Body Wash “Blackcurrant”: I like blackcurrant ice cream (I’m not even fond much of ice-creams!) and thought of trying it another variant. As an exfoliator, it does a pretty good job. The particles are really small and quite gentle. It leaves my skin feeling soft but a little moisturization afterwards in these winters doesn’t hurts. Regarding the fragrance, it does smells like blackcurrant but urmm.. I smell artificial fragrance too! I Hope it mentioned it in the right way? Cost: Rs.175 for 300ml
Avon Natural Kids “Swirling Strawberry” Body Wash: I brought this so long ago and have used it just twice. I think I’m done with products smelling like strawberries. I really don’t like their fragrance. So, if you like strawberry smelling products, you may love this! But for the last time, I’ll try The Body Shop’s Strawberry shower gel or body polish. Yes! Never give up! Cost: Rs.249 for 250ml
Nivea Energy Fresh Roll On “Lemongrass”: I love this! I love the refreshing fragrance. I like the transparent bottle and the lovely aqua colored packaging. I love how this one doesn’t stains my white shirt and keeps me fresh even in sweaty summers for long hours! I really want to try the other variants now but not until I finish this one! Cost: Around Rs.140
Next year, I want to explore more “Jasmine and Mogra” based bath products (or even hair care or skin care). I just love their scent, especially Jasmine’s! I want to explore TBS’s bath products more! I want to buy bath products from asos. com. I also want the new black biker jacket which I saw at Zara for Rs.6990.. But buying that jacket would mean no makeup purchases for two months… Noo! Ah! Wishes x-(

Hahaha, 40 mins to think, I don't blame you. I have a similar problem. First I don't want to underwater because it will be cold and then I don't want to get out of the shower 🙂

I love Johnson's baby oil, I use to apply it but I stopped, don't know why. It's not scented and is very light.
I want a biker jacket as well but they are quite expensive so I'll just leave it for now
