The Cheap Hair Mask Conditioner That Actually Works

in Hair care, Others on 29/12/16

Today’s post is about ‘The cheap hair mask conditioner that actually works’.

I never thought a product costing less than Rs. 100 could make me touch my hair again and again!Introducing “L’oreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish Oil-in-cream” which claims to be an oil replacement cream.

My experience with L’oreal Paris 6 Oil nourish oil-in-cream:

cheap hair mask conditioner Loreal

To begin with, I have an oily scalp with dry hair. Previously, I had been using Toni & Guy nourish reconstruction hair mask. It made my hair very soft without weighing them down. Also, it smelled really nice!

I found this oil-in-cream on one of my random trips to a supermarket. The shiny looking tube tempted me to pick this and as I began reading the product description, I decided to give it a try. It costs just Rs 80 for 100 ml. It’s also available for a bigger size i.e. 200 ml for Rs 130.

It can be used in three ways:

Overnight: Massage on scalp and hair and leave it overnight for intense nourishment.

Before shampoo: Leave for 30 minutes on hair and rinse off for ultimate softness.

After shampoo: Apply on lengths and tips to keep your hair manageable and protected all day long.

For me, nothing can be a replacement for my hair oil routine. That said, my purpose for buying it was to see how it fares as a hair mask. The texture of this oil cream is surprisingly thin yet it doesn’t move around causing a mess. It has a mild smell which I find pleasing. My best way of using it is by applying it 2-3 hours before hair wash. Once washed off, my hair feels incredibly soft! Also, I find them less frizzy.

I’ll not say that I get the same effects from using it as I get with my expensive hair masks but it does its job amazingly well for the price it comes at. I use it on days I don’t have time to oil my hair (maybe, once in 15 days) and I haven’t faced any hair fall issue.

Summary:

L’oreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish Oil-in-cream is the best cheap hair mask conditioner that actually works. It can’t be a replacement to a traditional oil as it contains a lot of chemicals. However, you can use it occasionally to be left with silky hair. Also, it doesn’t weigh down my fine hair because of its non-greasy texture. Just be careful of the quantity you use.

Price: Rs. 80 for 100ml, Rs.135 for 200ml, You can buy it from Amazon HERE.
