Oriflame Lip Addict Lipstick “Pink Kiss” Review and Swatches

in Lips, Lipstick, Reviews on 20/10/14

When lipsticks have pretty names such as “Pink Kiss”, you are already half sold for buying it. And, the same happened with me.

Product details:
The Ultimate lip colour for the girl who wants it all! Good coverage, beautiful colour and glossy shine in a comfortable conditioning formula with Vitamin E
  • Colour of a lipstick
  • Shine of a gloss
  • Comfort of a Balm

My experience with Oriflame lip addict lipstick “Pink Kiss”:
As you can see, Oriflame lip addict lipstick comes housed in a bright pink case with glossy silver text on it. The shade name is mentioned at the bottom of the lipstick. The rotating mechanism works fine too.

The lipstick has a balm like, smooth and light-weight texture. It is a quite a hydrating lipstick and you wouldn’t even need to apply a lip balm prior to this. If you have dry lips, you have all the more reason to like it since it fills in the lip lines pretty well. See the swatch pictures for this. It actually gives the illusion of fuller lips.

In one swipe, it is pretty sheer but in 2-3 swipes, it gets more intense. It will not cover pigmented lips fully but will provide a good coverage for them. It’s quite a wearable pink. The finish is glossy but not like glossy wet. It is quite subtle. Regarding the staying power, it stays for around 3 hours on its own. With snacks and drinks in between, it fades leaving a soft tint behind that stays on for some more minutes. With time, neither does it gets patchy nor collects itself at the corner of the lips. I hate it when that happens! And, it does not has any funny smell.

All in all, this lipstick is value for its money!

How I wish there was a coral/browny peach shade in this one! Yeh Dil Maange More..Ahaa!
