Avon Naturals Lime Brightening Cleanser Review

in Face wash, Skincare on 25/05/13

Hey everyone!
I was really excited to try this face wash from Avon though because of the availability problems, I got to lay my hands on this after nearly one month of its launch.

Anyhoo, coming to this product; the face wash does a good job at taking out dirt and oil from the face. It does leaves me with a matte effect and so this would work only for oily skinned beauties in oil control department. When I used this on my combination skin, it dried out my skin a little. It lathers nicely and only if you bring the face wash near to your nose, you can detect a light citrus scent. It gets easily washed off without leaving any slippery feel on the face. The glow received is of course short lived.
Now, having a very sensitive and acne prone skin, I was a little apprehensive about trying a lime based product on my face and well, I was right! My skin got about 5 pimples after just 3 days of using it.
I’m not going to rate this product simple because I already kind of knew this isn’t going to suit me because I have a very sensitive skin. I know someone  else who uses this and it’s going great for her.
So, just try this at your own risk. It may or may not work for you.
