Discussion Saturdays: Will You Ever Get Permanent Makeup Done On Yourself?

in Makeup, Others, Random on 30/03/13

Of course I look good with makeup on, but then, I also don’t look ugly without it. In fact, my everyday routine involves only putting on tinted sunscreen, eyeliner, eyebrow filling and lip balm/gloss. Using compact is an extra step for me in summers and that’s because I have really super oily skin in summers.

The reason why I would never get permanent makeup done is because then I would be bored of seeing myself in mirror. When I do makeup for parties/events/marriages, I see a change in my face and that’s what makes me happy. Breaking the monotony! In fact, this is what has held me from getting me my hair straightened permanently. I have wavy and frizzy hair but since I take care of them nicely, they are soft and manageable. When I get them styled sometimes, I see a change and it makes me feel good.

Though I would love to get my eyebrows done permanently. I seriously feel so lazy to visit a salon to get these little things done. But then, getting eyebrows done nicely is a part of grooming.

Getting permanent makeup done/not done is one’s own choice and I would love to hear your opinion on this.

What about you? Would you want to get permanent makeup?
