Orange on my Lips – VanityCaseBox

Well, Try “Colorbar Velvet matte lipstick Obsessed Orange”. Yes! I’m truly obsessed with orange now. I don’t know where I was all that time this lipstick was being raved across the beauty blogs. Oh yes! I was munching on snacks, browsing through its swatches on blogs and thinking it won’t suit me. But hell, it looks so pretty!!

The shade is a proper orange which doesn’t make my teeth look yellow. This is one of the second reasons why I never opted for orange lipstick. At the same time, it goes with my warm skin tone beautifully.

The finish is matte but not drying. I don’t have dry lips currently, so I don’t need a balm with it.
The pigmentation is like wow! Two swipes and a rich color.
It glides smoothly on my lips.
The staying power is very good. It stays on me for more than 4-5 hours after which still a stain is left. It comes out pretty nicely with a makeup remover.
The packaging is good with color at the bottom. So, easy to locate too.

I’m so glad I got this beauty.

I like to wear it mostly with either a bronzer or with slight hints of coral blush. I need some color on my face when I’m wearing this. I wear simple lined eyes with this. What about you?

The true swatches appear in the lipstick swatches. Somehow, when I take face pics, the shade doesn’t come out quite true. I’ll have to work on that.
