“Put on some lipstick and you will be fine.” Isn’t this true? Whenever I feel low, I put on lipstick and voila! I really do feel good. Is it the same with you, too? 😀
I posted my Kryolan Haul Here and this is the first review coming from that haul and also my first review on Kryolan products. Kryolan Professional Lipstick LC196 is a beautiful nude pink shade. The texture is soft matte and not rubbery matte.  It glides easily on my lips though needless to say, girls with dry lips would need a balm underneath.
The lipstick stays on for around 3-4 hours and with light snacks and drinks in between, it fades off a little but unevenly. Sigh!
Also, this is one of those lipsticks that comes different on hands and different on lips. It looks a coral on hands but on lips it’s a different story, as you can see. This shade is suitable only for the fair skinned ladies. It would wash out dusky beauties.
I also like how the expiry date is mentioned on the product itself. Though it’s not like I throw eye and lip products after their expiry. I still make them work for more time 😛
The one thing which I dislike about this lipstick is the smell, a smell of some oil. Yuck! It persists on lips for like some 20-25 minutes after which it vanishes. Since I’m more of a tolerable person so I don’t mind it much. I also top it with transparent gloss which has a yummy fragrance, so that it cuts the bad smell of the lipstick.Â
Other than the smell, I don’t have any issues with this lipstick. And also, it would have been good if they would have provided names to their lipsticks.Â
And, If I had to name this lipstick, I would name it “Bubblegum.”  What would you name it? 😀
Kryolan Professional Lipstick LC196 is a nude pink shade which has a soft matte texture and has a good staying power. If you can ignore the smell, it’s a good buy for sure.
