PAC 2D blender sponge review

PAC 2D blender sponge review

Me and beauty sponges are inseparable. The good ones make a lot of difference on how smoothly the base sits, especially on dehydrated skin. My all time favourite is definitely the original beauty blender which I have already reviewed in detail.

But since I keep experimenting, I decided to try out PAC 2D blender sponge.

Product description:

PAC 2D blender pushes ordinary beauty sponges to the edge with its innovative design. Inspired by our best-selling latex free sponge technology, this blender reaches every contour of the face with ease. Prime, conceal, sculpt and highlight with liquids, creams and powders for truly high-definition skin. The softest of all our sponges

My experience with PAC 2D blender sponge:

I have already reviewed the classic beauty blender from PAC. I didn’t like it personally and found my hands doing a better job than that. But when PAC launched new versions in beauty sponges, I couldn’t stop myself from trying them.

Therefore, I got two and reviewing one of them in this post- PAC 2D blender sponge.

It comes in a black cardboard box with a cute emoji on it and other details. The actual sponge is housed in a super cute transparent packaging with emojis drawn on it. The cap is a twist-off.

This is by far, the most dense beauty sponge I own. When I held it in my hands, I was sure it would eat up a lot of product and not expand at all. But when I ran it under water, I was surprised to see that it did get bigger and did a pretty decent job at blending my foundation and setting powder.

The size isn’t ideal for me as it is bigger than the average beauty blender and I found it a bit hard to work with it therefore. If you have a bigger face than me, you might like it.

Also, it does soak a lot of my foundation and isn’t very bouncy. I have used it 6-7 times till now and it gets cleaned easily.

If you want an affordable beauty blender, I say try PAC diamond sponge or Innisfree stamping puff. I find them better than PAC 2D blender sponge.
