I was going to start the review by writing “It’s surprising that I haven’t reviewed it since I have been using it from past 2 months..” and then, suddenly I realize it’s nothing new. So, without further ado, let me review this beauty!

My experience with it:

I have used this kajal so much that if I showed you its present picture, you would get to see a very small sized pencil.

– Colorbar just smoky kajal comes in a color coded packaging, the color being the same as that of the pencil. This makes it easier to locate among a bunch of other eye liners.

– It has a sponge tip at the other end for smudging purpose and it is firm. I have used it and it works fine. However, for smudging on lower lashline, I use a brush with soft bristles.

– It’s a sharpenable pencil; which means you get a neat, slim tip every time you use it.

– “Just green” is a unique shade. It’s a blackish green shade with minute silver and golden flecks.

– The texture is silky smooth and goes on like butter on the eyes.

– It is intensely pigmented just in one go.

– It sets very fast. I work at smudging it at the very moment I am done applying it. Otherwise, it flakes. You know, like when you use an eraser. So, you have to be real quick in smudging it.

– The staying power is remarkable! I have very oily eyelids. I always powder them before applying anything else. It stayed on for more than 8-9 hours with minute transfer from the lower lash line. Although, the real test will be in summers. As always, I’ll update this post then.

– It gets easily removed by eye makeup remover.

– Since the pencil is incredibly smooth, the tip also gets rounded quickly. This is why I have almost finished this pencil in two months. Waaaa 🙁
