Red Alert From Sleek Makeup

After 20 Days,
2 mails sent regarding the query of order. No Reply.
A last stern mail sent. A mail comes from sleek makeup team, but without any apologies.
Re-order placed on : 13 May,2013
No order received till 20 days.
Four Mails Sent. Till Date, No Reply!
Scene 1 :
I wonder if the re-order was even placed since no tracking number is avoided. I don’t mind extra fees for that, but in the first place, they don’t have an option for that.
Scene 2:
I just thought of warning my readers to place their order at Sleek Makeup, at their own risk. If you can afford to risk 2500 bucks, go ahead with it.
Scene 3:
It’s really shocking to see that Sleek Makeup is adopting these kind of marketing strategies for keeping themselves stay in the limelight. I wonder, what’s going to be the next move?
Maybe, not even actually issuing orders!
P.S. :When I first placed my order on Sleek Makeup, it was delivered to me in straight 10 days. What’s concerning is that their customer department is so lax, that they don’t even care to reply to their customers.

*UPDATE*

After one month, their reply comes that “MY ORDER WAS NEVER PROCESSED!!*

They also wrote that they have re-funded the amount. I heave a sigh of relief.

2 Months of credit card statement passed but no credit from them. I wrote them for inquiring about the re-fund again. As always, they send such a formal mail saying that re-fund has been done. The mail I recieved this time was the same which I received from them one month ago.

 I Literally have nothing to say now. Heights of Unprofessional behaviour and cheating customers. The most derogatory standards I have ever seen from a makeup company.
